Vinyasa Yoga/Power Yoga

Hot Yoga
This class can be for beginners, but ideally for those who have been practicing yoga for months already. This can be physically and mentally challenging. The poses are not based on the 26 poses of Bikram Yoga, they are mostly based from Ashtanga Yoga. The sequence is like Vinyasa Yoga but done in a hot room. We advise to kindly consult a doctor before taking the class. Class duration is 60 mins.
Ashtanga Yoga
Is a dynamic flow style of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century and is based in Mysore, India. The 90-minute class has fixed sequence of poses that are linked together in a flow, with emphasis of one's breath, gaze and movement.
